i'm proud of all of my albums, but my self-titled album has a special place in my heart. i played every instrument on this one. from drums to piano, glockenspiel, to guitars, organ, to bass, to vocals... if you hear it, i played it.

i also had the distinct honor of working with one of my all-time favorite producers, Gil Norton (Pixies, Foo Fighters). i think he brought out and captured the essence of who i am. i also happened to write my favorite love song, Thirteen, while making this album... sooooo that's another big reason this was a proud moment for me as a recording artist.
