Ballad Of Wendy Baker
Wantin' Her again
Things I Like To Do
On Her Own
Changing Horses is a down home, bonafide country-rock record from start to finish. It marks the debut of another "BK" in Ben Kitterman, a pedal steel and dobro super wizard. Kitterman's licks and laid back accompaniment are showcased throughout this album.
Kweller had been writing these songs over the course of 13 years. Finally he felt the batch was complete and decided to make his first non-NYC album. Kweller brought his touring rhythm section – Chris Morrissey (bass) and Mark Stepro (drums) along with Kitt to the great state of Texas to record at the great studio of Spoon – Public Hi-Fi.
Horses comes in 4 formats. 180gram vinyl (which includes a Ballad Of Wendy Baker CD), the compact disc, WAV album and MP3 album.
